MEETING ROOM
Are you looking for a hotel in Cebu with a meeting room to bring your employees and partners together around the same table? The Toyoko INN has two meeting rooms to welcome you. The rental of these meeting rooms is not strictly reserved for hotel residents. External companies can rent a meeting rooms or both to organize professional meetings, conferences and seminars in small groups: up to 18 persons only of 38.75m maximum. They are accessible from 10:00AM to 10:00PM, (Depends on availability) at a rate of Php 1,500 / 2 hours usage – Php 500 extension time per hour. They include the necessary equipment to ensure the success of your meeting (Desk, Chairs, Whiteboard and Marker only).
Note: You have access to the hotel bar. The hotel bar is open from 11:00AM to 10:00PM. Parties are not allowed. The entire area is for meeting purposes only. Food and other beverages can be ordered at the Bar lounge. Payment will be made in advance or upon using the meeting room.
